Yes, 100% confidentiality is ensured as our top priority to help people in a safe, fearless and non-judgemental environment. The details of session are shared only when in writing requested by the people who have gone through the sessions or there is a legal requirement from a law enforcement agency. 

Our counselling sessions follow a very well structured, step-by-step process. Initially, we collect key demographic details (such as name, contact number, and email ID, etc), followed by a comprehensive case history assessment based on the case in hand. This includes understanding the client's present challenges and other relevant information related to their concerns, ensuring that we can create a personalized and effective counselling/healing approach with right tools and methodologies.

The number of sessions required and varies from case to case. The nature, severity and complexity of the client's concerns/issues. Every session is designed to help and guide the person/family in a steady progressive way.

Assessments are tailored to the specific needs of each case. We utilize various evaluation methods, including behavioural assessment, personality assessment, mental status assessment, and analysis of current challenges, etc. to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the client's concerns.

PS: Here No Clinical Assessments and Testing are done. If required, we refer them to centers where they can visit for Clinical Assessment/Testing and bring the report for further therapeutic support from us.

Yes, very effective online counselling service is provided as per the need. The decision to support online is decided after understanding the case over. Many cases need sustained support, and in such cases some people chose to visit first and then continue sessions online.

All sessions are only by appointment. No direct walk-ins are supported. The appointments must be booked in advance as the working hours are between 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Yes, we offer counselling services for individuals of all age groups.

No, we do not offer psychological testing (IQ, Aptitude, etc.) at our center.

Yes, a female counsellor is available at the center.

Yes, we offer a comprehensive paid internship program which can help you to learn from real life cases.

Yes, we conduct regular workshops for various age group in Dr. Neel’s Protsahan Foundation facility at Kharghar.  We also regularly conduct Nationally and Internationally workshops for various groups, including students, teachers, principals, parents, corporates, societies, families and more.

No, as psychologists, we focus solely on therapy-based treatment for helping people in developing inner strength. Wherever we find it is required, we refer the cases to Psychiatrists too.

A Psychiatrist is a medical doctor (MD) specializing in mental health, capable of diagnosing mental disorders and treating patients prescribing medication as part of treatment.

A Psychologist holds a degree in psychology and specializes in therapy-based treatments to address emotional, behavioural, and cognitive issues. Psychologists use counselling, psychotherapy, and behavioural interventions but do not prescribe medication.

Yes. Patients are 100% supported who are already taking psychiatric medications and are advised for psychological help or they want to seek help on their own.
